The first choice point of call for hundreds of customers throughout Hampshire, we have been carrying out computer servicing, repairs and upgrades for over twenty years and with the added convienience of our onsite car park, bringing your equipment into us is often the best thing to do.
Fixing slow-running / broken computers, recovering data and configuring software, we are (unlike other companies) renowned for treating you as an individual and will take the time required to understand what's important to you in terms of your data and the software that you use.
Our excellent services include, replacing broken laptop screens, recovering data from (and replacing) faulty hard drives, configuring mobile devices and helping to recover forgotten passwords or locked internet accounts.
The advantage of us carrying out diagnosis/repairs within our own workshop, is that apart from having more equipment at our disposal, we will only charge you for 'hands-on' time - some diagnostic or cleaning software scans can take hours to complete, and this can prove expensive if done onsite.
Whilst it is true that in the majority of cases it is easier and more cost-effective to bring your computer or mobile devices into us, we also carry out onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of computer and network problems.
We can help to identify issues with wireless networks, corrupt software and also provide a comprehensive installation service, when it is time to replace your equipment and move your data files over to a new (PC/Mac) machine.
Many of our customers like to ask our advice before buying a new computer and then bring both the old and the new machines into our workshop, where the bulk of the work to setup the new system, install software and transfer data can be done, before (if needed) delivering to to their home.
